A little more about Me
I hold a Master's Degree in Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Calgary, a Mindfulness & Meditation Teaching Certification from UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center, where I studied under experts like Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach and others along with Mindfulness Mentor training . I’m a certified Stress Management Consultant through the Canadian Institute of Stress, and have trained with Dr. Richard Earle. I have also completed The Trauma Program with Dr. Jeffrey Rutstein. My journey includes studying Vipassana meditation at Wat Mahathat in Bangkok, Thailand, and Natural Spiritual Healing at the Self Realization Centre in Halfmoon Bay, B.C. I am passionate about continuous learning and personal growth, and find peace and inspiration by spending time by the ocean to nurture my heart.


About Me
Hi, I’m Cheryl
Over 25 years ago, an autoimmune condition left me feeling drained and disconnected from my own body. It was a confusing and difficult time, but through yoga, meditation, guided visualization, and affirmations, I started my own personal healing journey that helped me reconnect with myself—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
What began as a personal journey grew into something much more. My path led me to Thailand, where I studied Vipassana meditation, and learned to listen deeply to the quiet wisdom of my body and soul. This experience shaped my studies in Stress Management, Mindfulness, Trauma, Yoga, and Guided Visualization.
Now, I’m here to help you start your own healing journey. My mission is simple: to guide you to reconnect with your body’s wisdom, restoring balance, and creating lasting well-being.
